Commission Process
1. Initial
Consultation
We’ll start with a friendly discussion about your ideas, preferences, and goals for the artwork. This is your chance to share your vision, including the subject, materials, and overall vibe. During this stage, I’ll create an initial draft design to make sure we’re aligned.
2. Contract Agreement and Deposit
Once we’ve nailed down the details, I’ll provide a clear contract outlining the project scope, timeline, and expectations. To get started, a 50% deposit of the estimated cost will secure your commission.
3. Mid-Process
Review
As your artwork takes shape, I’ll check in with you to share progress and ensure everything is on track. This is the perfect time to suggest any tweaks or adjustments.
4. Final Design
Review
Before the finishing touches are added, you’ll get to review the near-complete piece. I’ll incorporate your feedback and make minor adjustments to ensure it’s exactly what you envisioned.
5. Artwork Delivery and Final Payment
Your finished artwork will be delivered on the agreed date, ready to enjoy! The remaining balance will be due upon delivery. If any significant changes were requested during the process (e.g., new materials or extensive revisions), the final amount may be adjusted accordingly.
